This is a digital service. Once delivery has started, EU law provides no right of withdrawal or return. We deliver instantly and act accordingly.
Access & support.
After payment you receive your login details by email. Access stays active for the full period purchased. If anything does not work, we help you fix it — that is part of the service.
Problems.
If the service does not work as promised and we cannot fix it together, we always look for a fair solution in consultation. You are not on your own.
Payment.
Payment is handled securely via the offered payment methods (incl. iDEAL). No automatic renewal; you decide when to renew.
